PRICES LISTED ARE NO MORE THAN GENERAL GUIDELINES.
Each inspection will be evaluated and priced by the inspector
when discussing and setting up the inspection with a
customer. Each customer will have the exact prices of
needed services before a service is given.

Home Inspections: Minimum price is $545.
•
Well and Water Inspections: Minimum price is $345.
o
A $50 discount is given if this is completed while at
the property doing a home inspection.

For other types of inspections, contact us for rates.
